Flying overhead, on the lookout for something to frag and/or shoot, Vortex notices his commander doing something very un-Decepticon.

He opens a comm link. //Uh, you injured, sir?//

*Cyclonus is both surprised and irritated by the question.*

//No. And while you're here, you might as well give me your report.//

He transforms while still airbourne and lands in a crouch in front of Cyclonus. Getting up, he looks around; this isn't a part of the Nexus he's all that familiar with from ground level.

"No new news. Swindle's being an aft head, the Autobots aren't up to much, and I think Megatron's gone."

Gone? *Cyclonus isn't surprised, although he's rather annoyed--he put a fair amount of work into making that alliance, and a reduction of the Decepticon forces here isn't good.* How do you know?

*Cyclonus didn't miss it entirely, but it's not something he prefers to acknowledge unless he has to. He does, however, allow his energy field to play over Vortex for a second before he lets him drop to the floor.*

OK, so it's not just Sinnertwin with the mixed messages today. Mmmm, Unicronian energy field - delicious.

He picks himself up and gives Sinnertwin a suspicious glance. He really can't work out what the Terrorcon is looking for.

"Uh... there's a room through there with the podium in and all this transmission tech, there's a briefing room, and some smaller rooms. They don't have much in, just some maintenance stuff."

What are you looking for?

*He nods at Vortex; that doesn't sound terribly interesting, and the fort isn't all that big, although he should probably go take a look. He heads for the door Vortex indicated.*
