*Cyclonus has been a bit busy, but finally he has a chance to go release some of his prisoners.
So, he heads down to the brig.
First, he checks on Vortex--still present, still bound. Looking a little--worn down? Cyclonus is going to have to check on the copter soon, but it'll have to wait until he has the time to devote his full attention to him.
Instead of opening Vortex' cell, he walks over to Blast Off's, and unlocks, unbars, and opens the door.*
You are released.
