*Cyclonus is in front of the brig building. He's carrying an offline Vortex--with his mask apparently missing and some hasty repair work to his jaw, if anyone is looking closely--over his shoulder and holding an unwilling Sinnertwin by one of his alt-mode necks.*
*He opens the door and pulls Sinnertwin through it. There are stairs going down.*
