BW Waspinator
[The storm seems to have broken for a moment, a watery sun peeking weakly through the clouds. Waspinator has taken this opportunity to venture out and get some air. After fluttering around for a little while, he's landed on The Roof, reclining and gazing up at the sky]
*flicks his wings back, gaze sweeping across the landscape as he starts telling himself another story*
Long, long time ago, little green Seeker meet other jet.
Seemz like would be everyday, normal circumstancez, right? Botz meet other-botz all the time!
But it waz...Different.
Little green Seeker dragged off for work, into bar. Barz not placez he like -- too much noize, too much sound, too dark, too diztracting, too many other-botz! Eazy for some one like him to get lozt; he nervouz and not-so-sure about any of thiz. Didn't want be there. Waz rethinking job. Could find another. Everything waz moving too fazt, too soon, too diztracting.
And then...AND THEN.
See other Seeker.
Left alone with other Seeker.
And time stop.
Waz like being electrocuted; like being shot through spark. Waz everything terrible and wonderful in univerze, all rolled into one. Everything sweet and painful and brilliant and pull of hiz spark! It waz calling singing wanted other spark; wanted needed had to have! Hiz deztiny, hiz future, hiz other half. Suddenly, Pazt didn't matter. Neither did Now. Only thing important waz magical time...Someday, when they one, like iz suppozed to be.
"See something you like?" other-Seeker azk him, bringing him back to real world.
"Iz nothing" he say. But how iz it nothing, when it iz everything, everything EVERYTHING and how can other-Seeker not feel it?
But he knew...Little green Seeker knew. Hiz other would feel it someday, realize. Know they belong together.
So he waited.
Other-Seeker died.
Still, he waited. What could ever replace what he knowz waz real? Still loved wanted needed, even when other waz gone. Iz how he know waz real...
And he waited.
And waited.
He never gived up; never stop hoping. Waz nothing left to do but wait. They say "love iz patient." He iz expert in patience now.
And it waz worth it.
Becauze now...waiting haz paid off and iz better than he ever imagine.
