And while getting a call from Jazz in particular might not be Lockdown's way of spending his time, the Elite Guard had not lost an arm to keep the mech online only to have him cark it because of an overdeveloped curiosity circuit.*

The smooth vocals glide over his comm freq, the hunter knowing instantly who they belong to. He considers ignoring the ping, wondering if he's in the best state of mind to deal with this mech. But he recalls back to their recent adventure in the cave and the humbling fact that this mech saved his chassis. Frag. Least he can do is respond.

He takes a deep intake, assuming a facade of cool.
