She can be seen sitting in the branches of a trees somewhere near the Autobot med-bay. She wanted to make sure Starscream could see her when he arrived at the coordinates she sent him and desperately wanted to keep him abreast of what she knew was going on with Nemesis, but wanted to wait until he was nearby.
