Well I thought I better post this new list before I end up with the first 200+ Bunny list for the farm.
Expect repeats. It's so easy to lose track now.
And my obligatory massive tags list.
1. Perceptor was a scientist with a psychotropic drug dependency. Thus his experiments and theories were passed off as ravings of a crazy man and non viable.
2. They were not alien captives in Roswell. They were humans who worked there!
Autobots = Non-military Personnel. Decepticons = Military Personnel.
3. Human AU: Perceptor was a long-term patient in a hospital. He only came in to get well, he didn’t count on becoming the target flirtation of two male Doctors; Doctor Ratchet and Doctor Wheeljack. Nor did he expect to reciprocate their subtle advances.
4. Human AU: They were the amazing Twin Speedsters; Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. Racing car champions! But when a stranger comes along claiming they have a younger brother they become suspicious. After all with fame and money they are quite popular and can be targets for the unscrupulous.

Captain Trips killed without compassion. Those that were immune found themselves having dreams. Some dreaming of a gentle old lady calling herself Prima/us and others dreaming of a dark man by the name of Unicron.
6. Human AU: Jazz was working undercover for the US Government, his job to infiltrate Terrorist factions. He gets found out and has to endure torturous session. He finds relief in thinking of Prowl. But the Torturers would not even let him have that.
7. Human AU: Starscream is best friends with Skyfire but when he starts having feelings for his friend he gets confused about his sexuality and his relationship with his friend. Also the last thing he wants is for his brothers Skywarp and Thundercracker to get an inkling of his feelings. He doesn’t know how they will react and is afraid they may be homophobic.
8. Human AU: Soundwave is freaking. As a single father it’s hard work, especially with all boys. And now his youngest son Ratbat has gone missing from Kindergarten.
9. Non human AU. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe discover fan fiction…. And twin incest. They are not amused.
(Because I don’t like Sunstreaker and Sideswipe as a couple. )
10. One of the Autobots is a werebot!
11. Who was the first Autobot to upgrade into a transformer? And how did it come about? Well they were called Dion, and this was a well guarded secret.
12. Optimus? appears during the G1 movie fight at his own death. He is there to make sure it DOES happen.

16. Sparkling!Scavenger G1 Because it’s cute! ^^ Especially with five grumpy Constructicons having to take care of him.

32. Shockwave was left behind because he was a Sparkling. Megatron is shocked after awakening from the crash and contacting Cybertron to find a vastly older and different Shockwave then the one he left.
33. Megatron wasn’t his original name. He was built as the same time as Soundwave and Shockwave. So his real name was actually SolarWave. He wanted to be distinct from his brothers though.

36. Rumble and Frenzy are on a quest. The quest being to find the most annoying lines of a movie/television programme. They rate the annoyingness on how quickly using the same line over and over makes someone crack. The quicker someone cracks the more annoying the line.
Today’s line is… ’Puppy Power!’ And they think they’re onto a winner.
37. Red Alert doesn’t actually have a glitch. He fakes it. Why? Because he fears Inferno will leave him otherwise.

??: Soundwave has lost his marbles?! Seriously, Rumble and Frenzy are his kids so then if this is true wouldn’t that make…. ?! O_O
Jazz: Kids I’ve got to tell you something…
68. Ravage must kidnap a baby for the Decepticons to ransom, stuck on his own Ravage has to relive 'babysitting' all over again. He discovers that Squishies have their own sort of baby issues.
69. AU: A virulent computer virus threatens to wipe out the super-information highway. The government creates an anti-virus with sentience. Transformers become AI's of Earth origin.
But the Decepticon virus proves to be highly intelligent in return.
70. Flesh and machine. In a distant future the transformers have found a way to breed body parts. Thus begins the new age of transformers where slowly mechanical parts are being exchanged for flesh. A new fad? The end of an era? Or a new beginning?

71. Someone manages to hack into Fireflight’s CPU and now he is acting in a very unFireFlight way. Skydive is determined to find the cause and cure his brother with the aid of the other Aerialbots.

73. Movieverse / 2007: Optimus remembers the day when a cocky little Autobot called Jazz first joined his team.
74. Movieverse / 2007: The stress of discovering your son has been palling with giant alien robots puts pressure on the Whitwicky Parents. Judy Especially… d.i.v.o.r.c.e that dreaded word comes up for Sam.

68. Ravage must kidnap a baby for the Decepticons to ransom, stuck on his own Ravage has to relive 'babysitting' all over again. He discovers that Squishies have their own sort of baby issues.
69. AU: A virulent computer virus threatens to wipe out the super-information highway. The government creates an anti-virus with sentience. Transformers become AI's of Earth origin.
But the Decepticon virus proves to be highly intelligent in return.
70. Flesh and machine. In a distant future the transformers have found a way to breed body parts. Thus begins the new age of transformers where slowly mechanical parts are being exchanged for flesh. A new fad? The end of an era? Or a new beginning?

71. Someone manages to hack into Fireflight’s CPU and now he is acting in a very unFireFlight way. Skydive is determined to find the cause and cure his brother with the aid of the other Aerialbots.

73. Movieverse / 2007: Optimus remembers the day when a cocky little Autobot called Jazz first joined his team.
74. Movieverse / 2007: The stress of discovering your son has been palling with giant alien robots puts pressure on the Whitwicky Parents. Judy Especially… d.i.v.o.r.c.e that dreaded word comes up for Sam.

77. On the battlefield, First Aid comes across a badly damaged Thrust. He fixes the worst of the damage as First Aid simply can’t leave an injured bot to die. Unfortunately it is discovered and seen as a betrayal of sorts.
78. Movieverse / 2007:
Simmons just wants a drink but the vending machine refuses to take his money. Reggie gets frustrated and secrets onlookers are amused.

79. Movieverse /2007: It was a curious sight. Simmons was not amused at the trailing, tail wagging Scorponok. Everyone just wondered why the little drone liked Simmons so much.
80. Movieverse / 2007: Simmons has a grudge against the Whitwicky family. It all stems back to Captain Archibald and another now deceased Simmons.

100. G1. Starscream is the King of the skies, no-one else matches up to his talent from any other squadron. Being the Scientist he is, Starscream creates two new bodies (that match his greatness), all he needs are sparks to fill them.
Enter two volunteers, or rather unwilling volunteers that Starscream
manipulates into what he hopes would be the perfect additions to his Trine.
Their sparks react strangely to the experiments and Starscream ends up with two mindlessly loyal, uniquely skilled individuals.
Their memories erased, all Skywarp and Thundercracker know is what Starscream allowed them to.

109. The war is at an end but with it’s end comes new beginnings of Cybertron. Will the council be resurrected? Will the Neutrals come out of hiding? Are there any defectors left?
