1. When Ratchet decides to study human health and medicine, the other Autobots see a previously-unknown side of the medic: the enthusiastic med-school nerd.

2. Megatron and Optimus (in either order), campaigning as presidential and vice presidential candidates for the first Cybertronian democratic election. (Who would run against them?)

4. Skywarp onlines on Earth in the wreckage of the Ark, as per canon (it was Skywarp, right?) Instead of ‘waking’ his comrades, he leaves his fellow ‘Cons deactivated and flies off to explore.
5. Perceptor uses Megatron in gun form.
6. Perceptor managed to remove the ‘warrior-tank’ portion of his programming. He slipped it into a random ‘Bot during what was supposed to be a routine medical exam. The ‘Bot incorporated the programming, with a few… changes.
7. Skyfire really did die when he was entombed in ice for the second time (during ‘Fire in the Sky’). What came out was not Skyfire, but someone… or something… else. Since none of the ‘Bots had known Skyfire prior to the war, they didn’t pick up on the subtle differences in the fake-Skyfire’s personality. Of course, there is one mech who knew Skyfire quite well and might be able to recognize the falsehood…
8. The Autobots and Decepticons honor the anniversary of their awakening on Earth.
9. Starscream was proud of Megatron. Finally, the warlord had learned that he must balance intimidation with the appearance of benevolence, and tyranny with the illusion of compromise. As Starscream’s attempts to wrest control of the Decepticons grew more complex, Megatron slowly realized that he had to head off these ‘problems’ before they started - by recognizing his warriors’ accomplishments and (reluctantly, taking a file from Prime’s datapad) even acknowledging strategic failures to show that he doesn’t fear his own faults and can turn his weaknesses into strengths.
All along, Starscream had been subtly showing Megatron the qualities of more effective leadership in the way he treated his wingmates. It was well known that Megatron’s Seekers had grown into the most coordinated and deadly of his forces by (eventually) achieving something similar to the camaraderie and ‘friendship’ that the Autobots cherished.
There was truly nothing more that Starscream could teach Megatron… so now the time had come for Starscream to leave.
