8. Red Alert is one of the few who has witnessed Perceptor fighting. Because he has seen Perceptor fight, seen how vicious the 'gentle and harmless' scientist can be, he is understandably wary around him. This confuses everyone.

11. Wheeljack builds an Anti-Bunny device. This device sadly backfires in a big way.
12.The Decepticons invade the Ark while most of the crew is away. Those that stayed behind (Perceptor, Red Alert...) are badly hurt and are unable to call for help.

28. It was funny how they expected everything he worked on to explode, yet they trusted him completely when he worked in the Medbay.
29. Oddly enough, he can only make things explode on accident, never on purpose.

31. Attempted murder or attempted suicide? Sometimes it's hard to tell. Especially if the victim wants you to believe it was attempted murder, whether or not it really was.

40. The Decepticons capture Perceptor. When the Autobots rescue him, they find him in an unexplained coma. He's not hurt at all, in any way. Ratchet doesn't understand it.

43. They disappeared and were found living in a paradise. Can their friends really make them leave?

46. The Autobots are all extremely protective of Perceptor. The humans wonder why.

51. "Soundwave, just pick up," Blaster whispered, staring sadly into space as he waited for his signal to connect.

53. Perceptor calls Ratchet in the middle of the night. Due to Perceptor's slurring, Ratchet at first thinks that Perceptor is overcharged. Luckily though, he realizes something is seriously wrong. Maybe... Cybertronian equivalent of a stroke? Or something else?

62. Pre-war. Perceptor's best friend is in love with someone his creators wouldn't approve of. He wants to bond, get married, but as he's still young, he needs his creators' permission. Which, as they wouldn't approve, they wouldn't give. So Perceptor, wanting to help his friend, offers him a deal. "Tell them you're bonding with me. They like me." They agree and his friend's creators give permission for the ceremony. Legally, Perceptor's best friend is bonded to him. But legally bonded and actually bonded are two different things.

64. Some of the Autobots protest the Banned List. "So... you'll stop working in your labs until the list is destroyed?"
"Yes."
"I don't see how that's a bad thing."
"You misunderstand. We said we wouldn't work in our labs."

68. The Autobots and Decepticons never woke up, but they don't realize. The Autobots continue fighting the Decepticons with the aid of 'humans'. The Decepticons steal energy from the people of 'Earth'. None of this is real. It's an experiment, created by powerful beings who want to study these strange mechanical creatures they found on a developing world. One day, these Beings decide they want to be more involved in their experiment. And so they create an avatar named Perceptor. Inspired by #71 of this post.

The Muggle government has managed to keep the existence of the Cybertronians a secret from the Wizarding government. The Cybertronians, on the other hand, are perfectly aware of the Wizarding world and often explore it using holoforms. What will happen when a group of Wizards learn the truth?

93. Art. Someone standing behind Perceptor, holding him back against his chest. The someone is glaring and is pointing a gun at us (the viewers).
94. One was a Decepticon. The other, an Autobot. They were loyal to their respective factions, but... they were loyal to each other first.
95. Those with 'gifts' (invisibility, teleporting, etc) are considered Blessed by Primus.
96. He hated it when Perceptor gave him the 'mom glare'. He was older than Perceptor, damn it!
97. Beachcomber talks to/threatens Perceptor's new lover.
