What if Brawn IS one of Perceptor's personalities? He's the tough, no-nonsense warrior personality that Perceptor is always denying he possesses. In fact, Perceptor is so in denial that the 'Brawn' personality is part of him, that in his head he's made 'Brawn' into a different mech and treats him like the make-believe enemies children make up: a natural foil for himself, entirely different, yet impossible not to like because in a way that make-believe enemy is also the child who creates it. And I don't know if any of that made sense.

So there's another big, dramatic battle going on and suddenly a bunch of sparklings pop out of nowhere and rush at the injured Skywarp and Perceptor, squealing 'Mommy!! Daddy!!'?
Mass chaos ensues. *is amused*

And of course, these sparklings are totally invulnerable. Since they were sparked (heck, probably conceived) and raised in warp space, they didn't even have to learn to warp like Skywarp and Percy - it's instinctive. So if they sense, say, a fusion cannon blast headed their way, they wouldn't even turn to look at it, they'd just warp out of the way.

*nods* True. Bet that would shock everyone!

This one would be hard to write without making the sparklings obnoxious, unlikeable Mary Sues (Baby Sues?).

Maybe, since time moves faster in the warp dimension (wait... Blurr, is that you?) the sparklings are grown by now?
