I see one problem with the bunny: In SG the Cons have blue optics, while in G1 they have red. It is kinda hard to miss.

That's a valid point you have there as I had forgotten about how Shattered Glass Starscream has blue optics.

I guess a one-way obliviousness is possible, if the SG!Starscream says that he was damaged and Autobots fixed him - that way he could still act his G1 counterpart's role, but there is no way he could miss so many red optics.

I have thought of a possible explanation: In the Shattered Glass univese, the Autobots had invented the device that can seriously harm any Transformer. Starscream had found a way to counteract the device, but the side-effect would be that all his teammates would temporary had red optics.
