Ten AU Plot Bunnies
1. The Transformers land on earth. But. Something isn't right. I'm sure the Earth was smaller? The Transformers discover that they are not always the giants but can sometimes be the ants.
2. War has broken out on Earth and a call to arms is sent out. All available men and women are to report immediately for training and combat. The leader of the uprising, Megatron wants dominion over Earth. (Transformers as Earthlings)
3. It all started with the death of Alpha. Now the wolf pack Autobot are against the wolfpack Decepticon in a fight over land and territory.
4. A virulant computer virus threatens to wipe out the super-information highway. The government creates an anti-virus with sentience. Transformers become AI's of Earth origin.
5. It's many years into the future and people can now buy their very own automonous robots. Unfortunately the machines arise and break out against their slavery.
6. The remnants of various dying species combine into a new race of robots. But not all are happy with leaving their fleshling bodies to survive.
7. Deathrace is given a facelift. Now the cars are the stars with weapons to boot.
8. Guardians? Nope. Guardian Angels and demons.
9. Flesh and machine. In a distant future the transformers have found a way to breed body parts. Thus begins the new age of transformers where slowly mechanical parts are being exchanged for flesh. A new fad? The end of an era? Or a new beginning?
10. They are myths', legends. Surely they can be real? King Megatron of the Trolls wants to rule the realm. No sprite, nor fairy, nor anything else will stand in his way.
