Some MLK bunnies...?
Yyyyyeah. Well it's Martin Luther King, Jr, day here in the US, and what, um, better way to celebrate it than to have bunnies!
Nope, still feels weird.
ANYWAY. Have some! I don't have specific ideas in mind, but they seem to be bursting with potential.
1. "A riot is at the bottom the language of the unheard."
This would be lovely Megatron Origin fodder, don't you think?
2. "An individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law."
What character do you know would accept imprisonment, take the penalty for breaking the law, and do it gladly? What would his or her loved ones think? Jazz? Prowl? Skywarp (who seems to spend a lot of time in the brig in fanon).
3. "Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness."
Tell me you don't see some Optimus or Megatron in this! Or Skyfire. Or, or!!! Bayverse Ironhide. Yessss *strokes chin*
4. "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
This seems to be about those sorts of quiet moments of betrayal, where what really wounds us is our friends. For some reason I kind of see this for a gestalt team. *cough cough Combaticons*
Yes, these are vague as heck with regard to character and continuity. It's my first time dropping off bunnies!
