The first bunny has landed
Hello to all!
I've gained much amusement and some inspiration from reading this community, so I figured I might as well join.
So this is ... er ... the first bunny.
A group of G1 cartoon autobots have fallen through a portal and ended up in an alternate universe. After the usual adventures, they finally construct a ship capable of warping them trans-dimensionally. The only problem is that they don't know where home is. So through trial and error, they develop a brutally efficient system to determine if the dimension they landed in is getting closer to their own:
::pop, the ship appears in dimension::
Autobot: ::sticks head out a window and yells at a transformer:: Hey, is Starscream loyal to Megatron?!
Transformer: ::omgwtf:: Of course he is, DUH.
Autobot: ::pulls head back in:: Warm up the warp drive.
Autobot 2: Way ahead of you!
::pop, ship disappears::
A) By the time they get home, they have the system down to five Starscream questions. They'd be disturbed ... if they weren't so glad to be back home.
B) Prowl has to revise the Autobot Handbook entry relating to trans-dimensional travel to include the questions.
C) The science department is some parts amused and some parts appalled.
D) Optimus is very very very secretly hurt that they couldn't find their way home based on him (or at least Megatron). Alas, Optimus was an iconic touchstone of good in every dimension, except when he was evil (and the reversal is true for Megatron).
