G1 crossover with an anime called Brave Police J-Decker cause for some odd reason the main character is a Transfromer that has the same alt mode as Prowl.

He's got red eyes, and a bit of a nasty temper- If he's related to prowl, then I bet he's the prodigal son. Maybe he spent some time a decepticon? It explain why he's in japan then- trying to build up a bit of credit as a good guy before he goes to see daddy/brother dearest.

asdjkl; I KNEW there was a bunny with this anime! This bunny is what had me watch J - Decker. . .AWESOME anime, in my opinion. But, uh, getting off topic. > w>;;

But Prowl's son, hm? I wonder why he never told anyone about him. . .or why Deckerd never told the Brave Police who his father was!
