Mostly untagged, because there'd be like fifty million of them....
1) Movie - What if the Transformers had started out as organics, and when the Allspark crashed on their world it began to change them? After ROTF and the weird semi-organic-ness of the sparklings and Ravage, this works even better methinks....
1a) What if, after the Allspark's destruction, the Transformers slowly begin to lose their cybernetic parts?
1b)Or Earth begins to go the way of Cybertron - that is, begins to turn into a robotic world?
(This one I've started writing myself, based upon a dream I had. It's been half-finished for about two years. DX)
2) Movie07 - Well, the game version of TF07 was meh. But, the coloration of the Autobot jet drones looks awfully familiar. Just how did Thundercracker end up an Autobot... and masquerading as a drone at that? My own half-written version of this involved Starscream almost slagging him, then realizing at the last moment that it was his former wingmate.
3) The Poet and the Pendulum by Nightwish. Once I understood all the lyrics, I was startled to realize that the song reminded me an awful lot of Starscream.... (couldn't find a vid with the full song... DX)
4) TFA - I'm kinda surprised this hasn't been done before (that I've found anyways), even considering their unpopularity. How would the Insecticons fit into TFA? And, how would Blackarachnia react upon realizing she isn't the only bot/organic hybrid out there?
5) If TF names are based upon their personality, abilities, ect... then how in the world did Cliffjumper get his?
6) Probably been written multiple times, but I can't think of any I've read off the top of my head. What if someone... say, Bluestreak... developed Stockholm Symdrome? Or someone else more unexpected - like Jazz or even Optimus?
7) Imogen Heap's "Goodnight and Go". First bots that came to mind for me were Skyfire and Starscream, but that's only because I ship them XD
8) ROTF - Skywarp as an 'Old One' or whatever you want to call them. One of Jetfire's generation, or even earlier. This theory popped into my head because hey, Jetfire can warp, Skywarp can warp.... *shrug*
8a) Skywarp's in hiding, like Jetfire.
8b) Skywarp is one of the Decepticons and they're fully aware of just how old he is. If he was just a bit more mature he could be one of the highest-ranked 'Cons. Or alternatively he actually -is- one of the highest rank.
8c) Skywarp is one of the Decepticons... except no one has any sort of idea he's as old as he is. He acts like a youngling most of the time - but he's a capable warrior, surprisingly so for one who seems so young. He's also strangely capable of making literally impossible escapes....
9) Conjoined twins. Something like the Hensel twins, in fact. I had a dream involving Thundercracker and Skywarp showing up in movieverse (they looked a lot more like a G1 Seeker than Starscream, though) and being twins in this fashion. Ignore the fact that two people sharing the same body makes little/no sense for robots, mmkay? XD
10) ROTF - Another twins one. I know I'm not the only one who wished that Sunstreaker had shown up alongside Sideswipe, so here's a little idea that makes it so he actually did. Say that, some time ago, the two of them were in a particularly bad battle. Both were injured, but Sunstreaker more so - injured enough that he was dying. With no medic close enough to save him in time, Sideswipe did the only thing he could think of... removed his brother's Spark from his frame and placed it within his own. They're effectively two beings in one body at that point, although Sides is the dominant one considering it's his frame. Now that they're on Earth, Ratchet could possibly (or certainly) seperate them again. For moar plot you could have, say, there being complications because of their Sparks being in close proximity for so long... or even that sharing one's frame in this way is completely taboo, so they're extremely hesitant to approach Ratchet.
11) ROTFish - I got the prompt Jetfire / The Fallen / club from my ROTF pairing generator and for some reason my brain went, "Hey, what if the Fallen was Maccadam?" Could be Anyverse involving the Thirteen I suppose.
12) movie - Someone is fascinated with Bee's mouth, or lack therof.
13) Eagle Eye/TF crossover. So many possibilites.
13a) Ariia, half-dead after the attack on her core, recognizes Sam and remembers her last mission: Jerry Shaw must die....
13b) Ariia, through Autobot intervention, is given a second chance at life in a Cybertronian-style frame... as a communications and security expert calling himself "Red Alert."
13c) Soundwave is still up there, raping that satellite. Ariia - or what's left of her - is up there, too, and she isn't particularly pleased with this intruder upon her network....
(I loved Ariia. However did you guess? XDDD)
14) I wonder how many people in this fandom (or at least at this comm, aha) have even heard of the Pikmin games? A Pikmin/TF crossover would be interesting, I think - the incredibly tiny up beside the incredibly large. The poor Autobots would not have fun trying to avoid squashing the Hocotatians and Pikmin....
15) TF/Magic School Bus crossover. For the epic, epic lulz.
