OMIGOD I MADE A LIST.
1. The seekers are not actually Cybertronian at all; they are actually the Morrigan of legends. (Nemain, Babd, and Macha.)
2. Whenever Wheeljack thinks Perceptor might be hiding something, he gets Sideswipe to figure out what. Why? Because Perceptor has a major crush on Sideswipe and thus can't refuse him anything. (Could also work with Jazz.)
3. Because of his immortal spark, Starscream can see things that he knows he shouldn't be seeing. And he's loathe to admit it, but this kind of scares him.
3a. Soundwave (or Blaster. Or Perceptor. Or all 3.) can see as well, and knows Starscream can, but Starscream has no idea they can.
4. What would be the Cybertronian versions of the Biblical Plagues?
5. Hidden among the Autobots (or Decepticons) are the four horsemen of the Apocalypse - War, Famine, Pestillence, and Death.

15. TF-version of "Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog". Basically, I wanna see a sweet (if pessimistic) but still IC Decepticon (or maybe Autobot if you can make it work.) in love with an optmistic mech or femme who sees the good in everything who is themselves in love with the 'con's arch-nemesis, a jerk-ass "heroic" Autobot. I could totally see Mixmaster in the title role
16. When a human is drunk, they act silly. When a Transformer is drunk, their personality reverses. (Canonly, Megatron becomes friendly, brooding TC becomes silly, stoic and silent Hardhead becomes loud and obnoxious.)
17. In addition to sharing a spark, twins also share subspace, which is why Sideswipe and Sunny are so tall; not able to pack all that mass away at once. Also, if they are separated, they can send notes through subspace so they don't go completely insane.
18. Perceptor meets Magnificus (His black, Decepticon-made clone)

20. Perceptor can see when Starscream's ghost is possessing somebody. So why doesn't he say anything?
21. It is said that Ravage's cassette mode is labeled as the soundtrack to "CATS". So how would the other cassettes be labeled?
22. The twins are surprisingly protective of Perceptor, and for the life of him, Wheeljack cannot figure out why.

24. Springer was once a Decepticon. So what could have happened to make him make the switch?
25. Shattered glass femmes. (For anyone who knows the musical "Starmites", I've always pictured them like the Banshees - cannibalistic, domineering, bloodthirsty, and just plain scary. Or if you prefer to take a more sympathetic route, they could be like the Misfits in "Jem".)
26. Perceptor was once a femme, but got herself (illegally) formatted into a mech form to attend the science academy, and from there was drafted into the war. No one found out because no one ever wondered about it, but now someone notices some things in his (fabricated) personal files just don't match up...
27. The Transformers' reactions to a demolition derby.
27a. Or alternately, one of them accidentally gets entered in one!
28. An all-TF off-road race. (Think the Baja 1000)
29. Crack. The twins and Tracks are forced to work together on a mission to another planet. Unfortunately, their constant fighting causes their small ship to crash land on a planet whose inhabitants are so unbelievably ugly that the trio just doesn't know what to do or say around them. (Well, Siders might make fun of them, but at the very least Tracks would try to avoid slips of the tongue. Try. Not succeed.)
30. Crack. Sideswipe discovers 4chan and now is obsessed with doing stuff like Rickrolling everyone and other memetic things like that.
