1) (Animated) The Allspark gave Sari's key the ability to heal Cybertronians. But what if somehow the Key got lost, or Sari separated from the Bots and some of them would get close to offlining?
The Autobots come exactly into such a situation when they land in an ancient Cybertronian laboratory. They find here old research logs which contain since every Spark was once part of the Allspark, they all have inherited a tiny part of its power. To activate this power (in this case the healing), they need to imitate the former wholeness they once belonged to: The Sparks need to merge.
A. The merging isn't permament at first. You need to go past a certain point of merging, before it becomes irreversibel.
B. The problem: As soon as the bots have established the neccessary connection between their sparks, they're not coherent anymore and just wish to complete the process. In the end, this would mean they would stop existing as single persons.
C. This is so because with their spark connected, the electric current also connects their minds, making them flow into each other.
D. Only the two bots doing the merging can also stop the process without damaging their sparks or systems permanently. For that, at least one of them has to wake from the trance on their own and then get the other bot to regain consciousness, too.
E. For disconnecting the two now "just" have to withdraw their sparks from each other which presents probably the hardest part.
About D: Even if one of them manages to wake from the trance, there's still the risk the other doesn't. Sometimes, they even react either in a defensive gesture because the other's systems is recognized as alien or they don't wish to cut the connection. In both cases invades the senseless part's system the other bot, trying to consume them from within.
2) (G1) Art: A. Irked Prime dragging a flailing Prowl at his doorwing through the Ark. "You've overworked yourself again!"
B. Irked Prime with Ratchet flung over his shoulder. Same motto as in A.
C. Irked Prime with one of these bots already captive, then catching the other. Same motto.
3) All the possibilities of no. 2 as fics. :)
4) Mirrorverse Armada. (I don't think I ever saw anything like it.)
5) Silverbolt finally cracks under all the pressure he's getting. Slingshot finds him, and for once drops his attitude and comforts his brother.
6) In a fight, the Aerialbots are separated from each other, and the enemy makes sure to keep it that way. The Seekers (or any air-fighting Decepticons) aim to shot Silverbolt down, and just have to make sure none of his gestalt-mates can save him from crashing into the ground. The other Aerialbots tick out at this, however, and make sure they save Silverbolt and slag every Decepticon up getting in their way.
7) Today's forecast: partly cloudy with a chance of Decepticons. (Maybe together with no. 6.)
8) Have you noticed how similar Ani!Prowl and Optimus are, actually? They both are dropouts from their respective schools, have unfinished business with Decepticons (BA and OilSlick), and Optimus surely has shown the agility and acrobatics (see "Mission Accomplished") of a Ninjabot.
9) After "A Bridge Too Close". Meltdown makes some shady deals with Powell: The business-man helps him getting revenge on Prof. Sumdac and the Autobots (especially Optimus who turned him into a pool), and Meltdown gives in exchange his knowledge and some of his more advanced technology. And of course they both stay to their part of the agreement.... Right.
10) (Armada) Jetfire is captured by Sideways and turned to Megatron.
