1. Clue! Transformers Style - “Who killed Starscream?’
2. In Cybertron, bigger means younger and smaller means old.
3. Multiple Personalities (probably not how it really is, but they're alien robots and I'm sticking with that excuse XP) :
A. When he was a sparkling, Sideswipe went through a horrible trauma and to cope with it, his processor created a second personality, Sunstreaker (who no one would dare to piss off), who he believes is his twin.
B. While Red Alert as a sparkling he was under the constant watch and vigilance of overprotective creators with too many strict rules and did his best not to break them. The only place he could be away from his creators was school, but there he was the target of teasing and bullying from other younglings. The reason he got teased so much was because his creators enrolled him in school many years after he was supposed to (he was almost an adult by then and only because the law forced them to). Red Alert lacked the social skills and feared getting in trouble so he took the abuse in silence.
He created the Sideswipe personality as as sparkling as an outlet for his frustration at the rules imposed on him. Sideswipe may not break the rules, but the personality bends them, twists them and then escapes through a loophole on them. During his school years the Sunstreaker personality surfaced. The Sunstreaker personality has the darkest traits, as it is selfish, arrogant, mean, short tempered, violent and cruel. Probably because those were the traits Red Alert as a sparkling associated with strength and power. The personality’s vanity may be his CPU’s way of showing Red Alert’s ‘idolizing’ of the power behind Sunstreaker. And even with all those traits, the Sunstreaker personality seemed to always stop his behavior short of breaking the rules (or the most important rules to stay on the 'good side')
Why is he allowed to be a security mech? Red Alert’s other personalities serve to test the security measures with their constant pranks and Red Alert is too paranoid to leave any sort of weakness in his security measures. Do the Sunstreaker and Sideswipe personality fight in battles? Yeah, quite viciously and confusing as he keeps switching personalities and kicking aft.
Red Alert ‘glitches’ or recharges when either Sunstreaker or Sideswipe are in control. Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are either, recharging, on patrol together or in the brig while Red Alert is in control. Red Alert does not know Sunstreaker and Sideswipe do not exist and no one has ever thought of telling him for fear of damaging the poor bot even more as the continued switching is causing CPU damage (manifesting in his increasing paranoid behavior).
4.Sideswipe never existed. He’s Sunstreaker’s imaginary friend.
5.Cliffjumper is forced to do a stealth mission after Bumblebee is injured. He is the only one with the right size to do it.
6. Grimlock following someone like a puppy.
7. Red Alert is a closet fan of fantasy because most are too strange to make his glitch react. More exactly, the ideas his glitch throws at him are too unbelievable for his CPU to believe.
8. Hancock influence! - Apart they are supermechs. Together they lose their powers and become normal. Tragedy always comes when they are together, yet they were made to complete each other.
9. Prowl is feeling neglected and Jazz is too busy working to notice.
10. Smokescreen’s psyche evaluations of the crew in report format.
11. The Decepticon version of #10 (Do they even have someone qualified for it? Why am I thinking Soundwave?)
12. The Ark’s medical files written by Ratchet with added comments from First Aid, Swoop, Red Alert and any other mech with medical qualifications.
13. Or the Nemesis’ files. Written by Hook and with comments by the rest of the Constructicons, Glit (who I see as having a rivalry with the Constructicons), and anyone else that has some arguably medical knowledge (Bombshell anyone? He can be their neurosurgeon. Soundwave again? He‘s the Con-of-all-trades after all)
14. Medicwars! Ratchet vs. First Aid / The Constructicons vs. each other vs. Glit May the best medic win!
15. The humans have it all wrong. First Aid isn’t a medic. He was created to be a nurse.
16. Transformers aren’t a secret anymore. And with their outing comes… endorsement deals!
17. Glit and Howlback are visiting. Suddenly Ravage doesn’t feel so special.
18. When he was young, Soundwave made the mistake of angering Primus by insulting his High Priest (Blaster!). He was cursed to every (add your preferred amount of time here) have the uncontrollable compulsion to build a sparkling and like the High Priest, keep them on his chest compartment. Unlike the High Priest, his sparklings would never grow into adults and will forever be dependant on him for survival (like parasites) or Primus would destroy his spark and deny him the entry to the Matrix. He doesn’t care for them, but at least he found a way to use them.
19. Unknown to him, Red Alert had been using him as a threat detector. Because Red Alert knew that although everyone loved Blaster, the cassette player only liked those that could be trusted.
20. Blaster/Red Alert
21. The Dinobots saved the day.
22. Minibots on strike!
23. He didn’t know why, but he had the sudden urge to kill him.
24. Extreme A/U: There was no war. The Decepticon faction was never created (because the mechs in it are simply not in Cybertron at all) and the Gold Age never ended because they found other places to get energy from. The Ark mission was one of exploration funded by the Academy to see if there was something beyond the known Space (think Cristopher Columbus, but with explorers and scientists and not convicts for crew). They encounter many new planets, but during the return trip they encounter some difficulties and have to crash/land on Earth. To their surprise/horror they find the place already had Cybertronians living there. Cybertronians that looked different than them (and here are the Decepticons! XD), and seemed to act as servants/weapons of the much smaller sentient natives of the planet.
The Quintessons left Cybertron after the rebellion. When they encountered earth and the evolving civilizations (think Babilonians, Egyptians, etc.), they saw in it potential buyers. After carefully studying the humans, they came to the conclusion that they were driven to fight and control. With that in mind, they came up with a warlike version of the Cybertronians (who were big enough to instill fear in the enemies of the buyer), but with less independency in their programming to keep them loyal, unlike their first version. The Quintessons disappeared after centuries of selling this new mechs. And they kept on happily serving the humans without question.
Mythformers!Time:
25. Seekers as Valkyries.
26. “Make Love Not War” - Prowl is Athena, goddess of war. Starscream is Ares, god of war. Wanting to know who was the better god of war, they asked Zeus for a place to test their skills against each other. Zeus told them that there was no place on Earth for their game and they decided to search other planets. They found Cybertron and used the escalating discontent to their advantage, disguising themselves as Cybertronians and infiltrating the factions that had been created. When the Ark crashes on Earth, Zeus is pissed at them since they basically brought their war to Earth (going against his orders) and bound them to their Cybetronian forms and into stasis with the rest of the Ark’s crew. The curse would remain until the day the war they created ended. When they wake up they go back to their war. Zeus would’ve stopped them but Aphrodite pleaded to leave them and Zeus did as asked. Unknown to everyone she’d grown bored and had seen in the war the end of her boredom.
27. And continuing the Mythformer’s theme, how about Cupid and Psyche TF style? (I keep picturing Tracks as Aphrodite >.<)
Art:
28. Art: Mythformers! A group of transformers as different mythological creatures with Primus in the background looking amused.
29. Art: Following my apple of discord bunny from a while back. Optimus Prime as Zeus, sitting on a throne with a thunderbolt on his hand with Sunstreaker as Hera sitting at his right on a smaller, more ornate throne, fanning himself with a peacock feathered fan. (I’m still wondering where I came up with this pairing)
