I'm assuming since Megatron's on his knees with his face at that thing's crotch-level that he's checking for ticks.
That's the explanation I'm sticking with, because the alternatives are too horrible to even fathom.

Yeah, but that thing only looks vaguely like Megatron...maybe she's so obsessed she simply took some boxes and taped 'em together and painted them to look like Megatron, then added some "assistance" from the local sex shop, all to fulfill her fantasies. Y'know, since Megatron would never actually have sex with something like that.
