Someone mentioned seeing this quite a while ago, so when we went through there this week I kept an eye out for it. Sorry for the 'Oh crap there it is grab the cell phone quick!' quality of the picture, but

For the longest time I've been wanting to make a Long Haul icon. Find any decent-looking shot of him, and add the following (preferably animated) text:
"Yes, I'm a dump truck. No, I won't help you move."

Sadly my icon-making skills are nonexistent. All I have are ideas for them. Anyone willing to do it for me?

It's really not so hard. There are tutorials out there that you could look at. So long as you have a graphics program, you can make them.

XD If I'm ever in that area without fellow travelers who'd look at me funny, I'm so getting off the freeway to get some quality pictures.

I'd have to say probably not. (But it'd be awesome if it was!) The truck has been there for at least five years, probably longer. I don't know if the Decepticon symbol has been there the entire time, though.
