Okay, I'm just going to go with immediate reactions, because otherwise I'll get caught up in rereading and will never post a comment.

Lifeline seems to be slowly recovering, trusting that what she sees is in fact real if she's contemplating the difference between this experience and Kalis' constructs.

Countermeasure being happy that no one has left him alone for twelve years... that's a neat reminder that the bots aren't human, and a wibble-inducing must-hug-County-now. Poor kid; he's brilliant and resilient, but that is way more trauma than he should have had to go through. Waitaminute, County is Rain's sibling, isn't he? This could get even more interesting... (Actually, we've maxed out the measurements at "infinitely interesting" and are just adding threads at this point...)

...huh. I don't remember that much about the symbionts in this 'verse. Oh, look, and excuse to reread!

I haven't done much with Blaster and the symbionts. Yet. I will have to delve, though. Because Soundwave. ;D
Rain: yes exactly! His name would ...kind of be in the Cybertronian equivalent of katakana maybe? A borrowed word from rocky planets where the rain doesn't kill you. They know such a thing exists, but it wasn't part of most of their experience, before coming to Earth. And then how it might change over time - he might indeed come to use the TF old glyph with its scary context.
A trellis! That is awesome! A trellis and a shaped terrace, in a way. So a foundation for the growth that will, over time, evolve far from its roots, but never lose touch with them entirely. <3
