House teaches in the 'fictional Princeton‑Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH)'
Sam goes to an unnamed college (they shot scene at both the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University)
So I was thinking that Sam could fall ill while attending college and is rushed to Hospital wher Dr House is called in as a diagnostic. Of course this is before the Autobots and military arrives.
