ficfind: Barricade-is-Prowl; Starscream defects
Apologies for bugging all of you again. Unfortunately, the problem with mainlining fic in a short period of time is that you forget to bookmark and don't recall where you read it originally. I'm hoping the community can help find these two lost fics:
1) I think it was an allspark!Sam story, but the focus was that the Decepticons were using the sparks of downed Autobots to power more Decepticons. This came to light when they find out that Barricade was actually Prowl, who was captured/tortured while undercover ages ago. I think it is a WIP, and may have something to do with Megatron absorbing the sparks of defeated Autobots as well.
2) Can't recall author or title, but Starscream defects to the Autobot side. Technically, Thundercracker does it for him... it turns out that Skyfire (who the Seekers thought was dead) was actually working for Optimus Prime's side. Megatron tries to kill Skyfire, which breaks the behavioral modification chip implanted in the Seekers. Definitely a WIP, as it ends where they don't know how Starscream is going to react when he gets online.
