Transfictions.net down?

I tagged this off topic because I'm not sure if it is or not.

I've noticed that Transfictions.net (which redirects to http://www.kuroimiko.net/tffics/index.php even if you type in www.transfictions.net ) seems to be down. I try to load it and just get this:

_FATALERROR _NOTCONNECTED

Anybody know how to contact the person who runs the site or even know why the site has vanished behind this error?
