Oath Taking

Jun 16, 2012 01:42

Here it is the second part of my blog marathon…

Well in  this blog I will be talking
about my OATH TAKING last May 10, 2012.
(with party poppers wooooh! but with a moment of silence)

On that day, I really did not know
if I would be happy or not.
I was a little bit sad.

I was not feeling well on that day.
I woke up very late and still undecided to go or not.
But I realized I have sacrificed so many things
just for this event to  happen
and just because some stuffs never happened
the way I wanted them to be, I would lock up myself.
That sounds stupid right?

So I hurriedly took shower, prepared myself
and then I realized, I had no bag to be used for the event.
As quick as a wink, I went to a nearest cheap store nearby.
I bought a cute bag that would match my gray frock.
Then I rushed to the nearest salon
to  have my thick eyebrows trimmed and to fix myself,
because when I looked at the mirrors on that morning
I realized aside from being scraggy,
I had this unattractive red cheeks and limp hair.
You can imagine I looked unpleasant..

I wondered what happened to me..
Anyway,  after putting on make-up and voila, I looked better.
Just don’t look closer or else
you will be surprised with my blushing forehead.
Yeah, it’s not only my cheeks that blushed but also my forehead…
Actually, it was just  too bad that the moment I left my job,
my clear skin had also left me and now my face is speckled with annoying zits.
Even my current dermatologist could not cure it.

Fast forward to

SMX Convention,
I thought I would be already late.
良かった!The event photographer was still able to take 5 good shots of me
taking oath and posing in front of the huge tarpaulin.
Yet, I was not able to get a good seat.
Imagine I did not realize I was already sitting with the parents.
I just realized it when the oath takers were called to rise for oath taking.
LOL! 恥ずかしいね!
I think I was the only oath taker who had no any guests.
Most of the oath takers brought their parents with them.
まあ仕方がない. Davao is miles away from Manila.
But, it was just a good thing I am here in Manila.
There were no familiar faces at all. (nwahahahahhahaha)

So, it did not matter if I was embarrassed that time.
Nobody knew me anyway.  (nwahahahahhahaha)

Well, I only knew few, those few engineers
who were my classmates during my review classes,
but I think they did not recognize me.
After the event, a chaos shook SMX.
Why? The distribution of the PRC ID CARD was not organized properly
and perhaps it was also our fault.
We have just become professional,
yet, most of us were racing towards the redemption booth.
What is it? Amazing race?
Anyway, after several attempts, I finally got in a long queue .
I succeeded in redeeming my PRC ID CARD.

Finally It’s here…

Afterwards, I rushed to the SM MALL OF ASIA.
I changed clothes and roamed around the mall a bit
and bought the delicious scrumptious luscious extraordinarily flavored ice cream

from my favorite ice cream shop, Sebastian’s.

I love their champorado  ice cream…
It was so heavenly delicious….. (looking up the sky
)
I went home and checked mails…
But I  received some bad news…

Oh, what a day! Tsk tsk….(T_T)
