It seems we'll be doing a live soon. Our next few months shall be busy but I expect everyone to do their best as the practices starting up soon. We need to put on the best performance possible.

It is not healthy to skip meals then gorge yourself. Please, at least eat something earlier in the day. If nothing else, have breakfast.
