Am going to spending the next several weeks being a Census enumerator.
This week will be the busiest as I need to distribute all of the surveys to my area by May 9. Then we go back and harass everyone who doesn't return the form. (it's mandatory)
Did training for the past 2 days, and leave it to StatsCan to make the most simple & straightforward processes seem completely obtuse and convoluted.
Have been finally getting unsupervised access to my kids, and have a 'family case conference' on Monday, which is a meeting with Nicole and I, our lawyers, and a judge. I hope we can reach an agreement and obtain a consent order regarding custody and access, because otherwise we will be going to trial and this has already cost my parents several grand in legal bills.
I believe that equal time with both parents is what's in the best interests of the kids, but apparently Nicole doesn't agree. Think happy thoughts for me.
