Looks more like a fill layer than a texture. Create a new layer, fill it with a white or creamy color, set the layer to screen then use a layer mask to remove what you don't want.
The images you just posted do have a texture. Not sure which one, but the original doesn't appear to have the same texture. What you're looking for is going to be a white dot pattern on a greyish background. Have you tried asking the original maker of those images?
