Looks more like a fill layer than a texture. Create a new layer, fill it with a white or creamy color, set the layer to screen then use a layer mask to remove what you don't want.

The images you just posted do have a texture. Not sure which one, but the original doesn't appear to have the same texture. What you're looking for is going to be a white dot pattern on a greyish background. Have you tried asking the original maker of those images?

yes, I'm not sure if they're the same, but they look similar... Anyway, yes I did, but you know mostly people don't share stuff. lol. thank you for all the help!

You can try the mentioned technique in the comments and see if you get the desired look you want.
