If you are a participant, you are REQUIRED to vote. If you are a participant and do not vote, one penalty vote will be counted against you. Anyone is allowed to vote.

You can vote against yourself, but not for yourself.

When you vote, make sure to include reasons for why you voted against people. To do this for your favorite and special category is optional.

Do not vote the same icon for favorite AND special category. But you CAN vote for the same icon in both Least Favourite and SC.
