I think the icon is eyecatching because in this round this is the one without a manga/anime/game theme xD *laughs* also I like keira *__* so maybe I'm a bit biased about it xD but one critique anyway: choose next time a softer colour or font because the text is a bit too "hard" on the rest of the icon.
I love the blending job and the colours are gorgeous.

The text doesn't really fit the icon, if it's wings and angels, try something more cursive. Also, the cropping is a bit awkward and the duplicated image a bit... too ghost like rather than something to do with angels and wings.
The text is a blurry and distracting, and the dropshadow does not fit with the overall softness of the icon.
There are three hands in that icon... It would have been better if I could see the guy's hand... And the exclusion layer looks funny. And I don't like the crown.

Though it's a bit simple the crop makes a lot attention in this one. You focus right on her smile & the apple and you don't get distracted by the brush and the mini text, it's just decoration like it has to be! I also like the colouring.
I like the colouring and the text (with it's placeing) but it's a shame that the picture is so blurry D: (or well you can't see a lot of details in there like the eyes of Temari you can't exactly see what she is doing neither - overall not a very flattering screencap) so the quality goes a bit down. Also I don't like the little square with the same image in it ... but that's a matter of taste ^^"
