That whole updating thing?

It usually goes something like "I'll do it next time I'm online, or at work"
Then I forget until right before it's time to go
This pattern repeats, a lot.

quick summary, most recent events first:
My uncle came and plowed garden plots for us. Gravelys are dead sexy.

My parents are so poor that they got turned down for a certain educational loan. Said rejection translates to more available Stafford loans for me - roughly double my previous eligibility. Also, this caused a retroactive adjustment to my Spring 06 aid package: $2638 into my bank account a week before classes end. This means
- I can pay for my class at Wake Tech
- I can (have) paid off my credit card (again)
- I can replenish my savings accounts
- I can pay my cell phone bill
- I don't feel bad about playing the lotto (YAY...North Carolina has moved out of the Dark Ages)
- I have new pants. My old cords had no pile left on them. It was SO sad.
- Money for getting Bubba to the vet, and safe for living near other dogs (taking my parent's dog when I move to matt's)

Dean's list looms near. I totally ass-raped my physics test Friday. Physics is the only class standing between me and the dean's list.

Most of my classmates absolutely suck at designing clothes. Watch out, you untalented, conformist sacks of shit.

There is no such thing as too much sex.

Matt's old - that's no news. I'm old - that's news. I was reading some LJ pages, and it was a little scary how childish they struck me. That's a reflection on me, not them. Pretty sure most other 21 year olds aren't as excited to see how their garden did during the day (Morning Glories grow FAST...and Dad informed me that the seeds are also hallucinogens. The things Africa taught him). Pretty sure most other 21yos also aren't antsy to get gutters up, so as to start making the most of thunderstorms. I also bought a birdfeeder, because I don't like the one Matt bought. I'm looking at IRAs as a means of keeping my taxable income (for the most part, what the gubment considers when deciding how much I should be throwing towards schooling) down. Also, money market accounts are cool. I just want one that doesn't require a $250 starting deposit.

Taking 16-18 hours over the summer. Accounting, Formation and Structure of Textile Fabrics, ENG 101, Technological Catastrophes, Computing Envrionments (basically, Linux for Dummies), a 1hr Excel class, and a PE or two. No pain too great.
Fall is going to be 18-21 hours. No less than 2, but more likely 4, joke classes, with an effective class load being somewhere around 16 or 17 hours. Maybe as low as 14. Advanced German Grammar and Syntax doesn't seem too scary, considering the class before is STILL a review of my HS German.

Uhhh...nothing else is popping into my head as needing to go here.

Seeing a lot of my friends these days. It's so cool.
