For Cult's Comics and Local Friends. (Photography based post)
Saturday I'll be heading out to the Texas Professional Photographer's Association's Regional Competition & Convention. I'll watch judging, view the prints, and even get to see the trade show on Sunday. I got a free pass to the trade show through a good friend of mine, who happens to be the President of the Texas Professional Photographer's Association.
Also, we talked and it looks like I'll be joining up with them as a student. I'm really looking forward to joining. As it allows me to participate in regional/national competition.
So, during the next ten weeks, I will be working my ass off trying to turn out some amazingly good photography. The best news? I'll probably be using the new digital that Sharon bought. She is also allowing me to use her land, props, and even an old wedding dress of hers.
If ANYONE in the area is interested in doing some modelling for this, PLEASE leave a comment or IM me. If you have to call me. That's fine too. I'm desperate for models and will be for the next 10 weeks.
The only things: This is unpaid work for now. You must provide your OWN transportation as far as to my home. Also, you must sign a model release form. If I sell prints, I WILL give you a free print and some monetary compensation. We can disuss this in person.
I am mainly looking for FEMALE models. However, if you are an attractive male who is over 18, and willing to work for free. I'd be happy to consider it. Almost NONE of this photography will be nude.
If you don't mind the idea of being photographed nude, please let me know. Otherwise, clothed shots will be done. Also, I want to let you know in advance that you WILL have to most likely get wet, dirty, and or spattered in god knows what.
If you are fine by this, let me know.
ALSO: CULT. If I could front for the supplies, could you help me make a gigantic fucking egg to put someone in? What materials would we need? It needs to be large enough to put one of my models in. My smallest model is currently Jessica. Since I'm proposing a possible nude for that photo, I'm not sure she'd go for it.
So, in case, I may need to egg large enough for someone like Jennefir or possibly another female friend. Let me know if you have any idea of what it could be made from, and how long it would take if we worked on it soon.
