voting reminder + challenge update/question
I was just tallying the votes for the first challenge to post the results, but ended up with a 6-way tie and another 3-way tie, so I would really like a couple more votes before I post the results - thanks to everyone who voted already though! :)

also, I wanted to ask if I should post direct links to the challenges already posted in the userinfo, or if it's okay if we just mention them in the reminders and such? (like I'm gonna do now....)
