When driving to the station on a morning, dad and I usually listen to the news. One day this week it said that an actor called Robert Culp had passed on. Apparently he was most famous for something or other... nothing that particularly impressed me. Anyway, we both asked, "Who?" as it to question whether or not this was really news.
Anyway, on the internet tonight there was an article about this guy on a gaming site and it turns out he was Dr. Wallace Breen in the classic game Half Life 2. I must say, so far as I know I didn't know him for anything else, but the voice acting in this game was by and large excellent and he was one of the shining lights. Bravo, sir, for helping to show what voice acting can and should be like in games.
