Here are my comments on yesterday:

WARNING!
BEGIN TOO MUCH INFORMATION
After working in the yard for a couple of hours in the morning I came in to watch the Heels at Florida State. I settled into my well formed crater on the couch, had a bowl of soup for lunch and knocked down a couple of glasses of water and a beer. Then I threw up on myself. Yep, yakked right on my own pants. See, I've I had this lingering cough from a bout of allergy/sinus funk from about a month ago. I started coughing a little and began to rise out of my normal half sitting half lying position when all of a sudden I wasn't so much coughing anymore but puking. Didn't feel nauseous in the least. I've definitely talked to Ralph on the Big White Phone a few times after staying out all night drinking and I've had my share of flu like symptoms buy I've never been so surprised by vomit. Ali, who luckily missed the event, thinks I must have a weak, gastro-esophogeal sphincter. I don't know what that is but she is probably right. All I know is it's never happened before and I hope it never happens again
END TOO MUCH INFORMATION

Anyway, the Heels won easily as expected. Roy Williams looked like a dork in his suit and hi-tops. Does anyone else think he looks like Huckleberry Hound?

The Superbowl pregame was so horrific that I got bored and started feeling a little arts and craftsy. So I made a duct tape wallet. See http://www.3m.com/intl/CA/english/centres/home_leisure/duct_tape/dt_wallet.html for more info.
Mine came out pretty much looking like the one in the photo. Now I have a wallet made out of duct tape. And my wife thinks I'm a retard. I'll post pictures (of the wallet not the retard) if I ever get around to it.

The Super Bowl halftime didn't suck!!! This was the first halftime show I can remember that didn't blow chunks (like me!). Paul is the man and his band kicked ass! The fireworks went off when they were supposed to! It was a little sad hearing all those faithfully recreated George Harrison guitar solos and knowing he's dead now.

The game was actually good. I'm surprised that the Pats didn't play better but I think they must just like to keep it close for us fans. I voted for Deion Branch as the MVP on superbowl.com at the beginning of the 4th quarter and he wound up getting it. I feel like I should have won a prize.

So yesterday was a (mostly) good day.
