I am deliriously happy/manic these days and feel just like Thumper from Bambi - just tickled about everything! (I really do suspect that I am maybe a smidge bipolar, yet undiagnosed, but whatev.)
It couldn't be more gorgeous where I live, and I am taking full advantage. The men in my family are putting a new roof on this old house and we are all just liking the togetherness. By the way, it is to be a traditional tin roof to go with the bones and history of this old farmhouse. I am so excited I have jumped up and down a few times.
Later, I'll go to my sister's for some Eastering. My daughter and the kids will go, but the men will remain up on the roof. I can't wait to go there! We'll egghunt and eat Viki's great food. It's been a long time - too long.
There will be a run in some woods before it's all said and done. The blackberries have on their pretty white flowers and I can't miss that ...
