So I've been uncharacteristically quiet on Tom DeLay's recent troubles.
I don't want to jinx anything.
I have no illusions that the stepping down from the official leadership position will affect any real change. I think it was a political necessity. DeLay has been running things in the background for years.
But there has been some progress. And the noose is tightening. And maybe the motherfucker will go down in the blaze of flames that he deserves, and takes a shitload of Republicans with him.
And I hope to hell that someone gets the opportunity to ask him if jail is like camp.
