I thought Clinton was very subdued last night. He had a lot to say, obviously, and Jon let him talk. I liked Jon's comment about being punk'd.
Jon's getting more and more pissed off at the media, I think. His indictment after Al Sharpton's speech two weeks ago was inspired. I don't see anyone else in the media actually looking at the media as critically as Jon is. What's nice about it is that he's getting attention, and people are beginning to take him seriously. I thought it was particularly funny to watch the Tom Brokaw interview at the DNC convention knowing what I know now about the Ted Koppel interview.
