My day was pretty basic. Got up, fixed coffee, updated the Hippie's website, drank coffee, got ready for work, drank more coffee, took the kids to school, went to work, drank more coffee. Some 92 year old woman today called me a "fuckin cunt" on the phone. I was appalled! And I let her know about it. She hung up on me.
I think I will write a book someday called "Insurance for Dummies", unless there already is one. Then I will call it "Understanding Your Policy: A Guide For the Mentally Afflicted". Some people just can't wrap their mind around the word 'deductible'. ::sigh::
