UGH

Well, to make this short and sweet (not 4 me), I GAINED BACK 1.5 LBS OVER THE WEEKEND. I hate this bullsh*t. LOL I am pretty mad, but now I just need to focus on losing it again, and then some! Today I've had:

1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
about 4 oz. of Gatorade
Lots of water, and 1 Diet Pepsi YUM

I'll prob have a Soup At Hand (Chicken Noodle) for Dinner and maybe 1 slice of Sugar-Free Whole Wheat bread(no butter)

Not bad. I will have to go to the gym also..I need to burn about 300 cals. UGH. Damn I want a cookie. LMAO

Gotta stay strong...have to keep my goal in my head. 130lbs...130lbs...130lbs...I have 24.5lbs to go til I hit that...I can do it before Christmas, Im SURE of it. I kind of have to be.
