Fallout: New Vegas

I bought this game the day it came out, and promptly went back to playing WoW without touching it. Finally got around to playing it.

Incredible gameplay, some nice improvements over Fallout 3, and a wonderful complex reputation/faction system.....marred by the fact that it was programmed by Obsidian.

Obsidian is the company that released an unfinished Knights of the Old Republic 2, took Neverwinter Nights and made a sequel for it that was largely unplayable, and took the wonderful Alpha Protocol concept (Splinter Cell meets Mass Effect) and made the AI so buggy that the experience was ruined.

And now, while the Fallout:NV is incredible when you don't encounter bugs, I'm clipping through walls about once an hour (and either getting stuck or falling to my death) and the console locks up several times a session. Obsidian ruins yet another high-potential title by outright refusing to bug-test their games.
