One of the things that came home with me was dad's HDTV. I didn't hook it up because of everything going on, and because of the sheer volume of STUFF that poured into my apartment, but mostly because until mid-september when football season starts there's nothing on TV I want to watch anyway.
So this morning I clear out my living room, hook up the TV, and start fiddling with things.
Problem one: I can't find the remote.
It took some fiddling with my universal remote that came with the cable box, but I can now switch from the cable box to the consoles to over-the-air.
Problem two: Everything's blurry. I know this happens with HDTVs on a standard signal, so I dig out the HD component (Green, Red, and Blue) cables and plug those in. Picture's still blurry.
Problem three: Five minutes later, my cable box reboots. It's still rebooting (half an hour later).
Odds of missing the Houston @ Okie State game are very high. San panda.
