Long time no update
It's about 5 weeks into the school year and I'm loving it. I'm taking Heredity, Organic Chemistry, Technical Writing, Health and Wellness, and Marching Band. 15 hours on top of 2 jobs and acting as Vice President of my sorority. Needless to say, I'm very busy--but loving every minute of it. I'm actually studying like I should have the first 3 years of college. So we'll see how my grades mirror that.
Tomorrow will be 5 months with my girl and I. Things are going good. Less fighting, more fun. We've kinda figured out how she can stay some nights with me without my brother finding out. She just turned 19 a few days back and I hosted a small get-together-party-ish thing for her. Nothing big. I took her out to dinner at Chili's with some friends and then we came back to my place for cake (strawberry shortcake-her fave) and gifts. We got her an air soft gun which she loves and a bunch of us chipped in and bought her an acoustic guitar. She said it was one of her best birthdays ever, so I'm glad she enjoyed it. Seeing her face though when we carried out the guitar was great...
I'll try to update more and more...gives me some time to just stop and think things over in my life regardless if many people read this or not.
