You'd have to keep an eye on the site, I get the impression that they open sponsorship for only a small amount of the time. (I think, anyway.)

I sort of remember them having it open for most of Season 3, and closing it around episode 54 or something like that.

*nods* Reading more carefully, I realised that apparently they used to close in between seasons, but they're working on it to keep it open constantly.
