No Gratuitous Polar Bears!
We've spent the last day and a half at work learning how to make better powerpoint presentations, which sounds hideously dull but was actually pretty cool. I'm definitely going to use some of the ideas at DVAA and Balticon this month.
The nice side effect was that I got to see everyone else's presentations, learn about what the other guys in the branch are up to, and meet coworkers I didn't really know. And eat a free lunch. Now I just have to catch up on all the lab work I need to get done this week.
