The first day of December. Right now, at home, there would be many markets out for which to get many wonderful things for the holidays. Japan, I have heard, does not celebrate it the way we are doing in Europe. I am however liking the lights up a lot. They are pretty. They are making me happy to be seeing and a bit homesick as well.
And it is making me think maybe I should help too. I am thinking that if I try hard enough and do it right, I can be getting a tree for us at the school to put in the middle of the quad. A very very big one...like we always had in my home town.
Vati always was being the one who got it and then I helped to decorate it...so I should being able to do it here too. So I am thinking for to going to town and getting a big tree. Maybe even one that can be planted so that there is being a tree here at the school for every year so many students can do it too. I am liking this idea more and more.
I am even knowing what I am wearing for this mission!
