[For the first time ever since she's met him, Baiken can't seem to get Anji to say anything. After a few hours of not giving a damn, and then a few more of trying to track him down, she's realized what the silence means. No frequency link, not on the roof, not a peep when she loudly threatened to beat the shit out of him if he didn't speak up...
It hurts. A lot. But when Baiken is upset about something, she gets angry, and now she's bent on leaving a trail of destruction through as many monsters as possible. It's probably not a good idea to get in her way.
The communicator kicks on as she drops it carelessly down onto the kotatsu tabletop, catching a view of a hastily scrawled note (in barely legible kanji): Going out. Don't follow me.
The video catches Baiken storming out of the apartment, katana in hand, before slamming the door. The comm keeps recording the closed door for a few more minutes before timing out.]
