Can't take the heat...

Sparred at my old dojo for the first time in about 10 years. Chris is still there, and he punched me so hard in the head that I saw stars for a second. I'm all sore this morning...not from blunt force damage as much as throwing my arm out from throwing so many missed punches...

*edit* Forget what I said earlier. There is a big bruise on my left chest area...
