(no subject)
Hey.
I'm tired this morning and really pissed off. This morning I got in a fight with Lucy and my mom was on Lucy's side. See, Lucy is sooo lazy in the morning, she cannot get herself up and going if her life depeneded on it. So what she does is get up, put on her school clothes, and goes back to bed and claims that she's "ready" but then when it's time to go she has to hop up, put her shoes on, brush her hair, put on make-up, etc. And it has made me tardy so many tiems. If I get one more, I have a detention, and all b/c of her! So this morning I was fed up and it was 7:35 and I could not get Lucy out of bed. I was like, "Lucy! Get up! It's time to go. Put your shoes on, comb your hair, do whatever, just get ready!" and she mumbles, "Leave me alone." and so I whip off her cover and say, "LUCY! get up now! You are really starting to tick me off!" and she sits up and says, "Well YOU'RE ticking me off too!" and then my mom comes in and says, "Jessie. Leave her alone. She's fine. Just let her sleep a few more minutes." and I'm like, "No Mom! It's the same ol' shit every morning and I'm tired of it. I'm tired of being late b/c of her. She needs to learn how to get her butt out of bed in the morning cuz if I can do it, so can she! It's the same crap every morning and I'm fed up, and I'm also fed up with you being on her side all the damn time." She just looked at me and sighed and said, "Ok Lucy baby, time to get up." and Lucy just f'in hops up and gets ready like mom gave her money or something.
Anyways.... This weekend was really fun. Yesterday (Sunday) I worked all day and in between shifts I went to lunch with my mom, my aunt, Lucy, Emma (my cousin), and my mom's friend Shelley from Iowa. Then after my lunch shift I went to Slackers and traded in one of my original Nintendo 64 systems and got $25 trade so I got like six new Nintendo games:
Home Alone 2, Command Cobra, Ghosts and Goblins, Ninja Turtles, Rad Racing, and... ugh I forgot the last one. O well. They're all pretty cool. I also got the movie Wild America at Slackers for 3.00 It has Devon Sawa! and Johnathan Taylor Thomas, remember him??? JTT? lol It's a great movie. It's like Without a Paddle. Soooo good. I was excited to find it. Then we went to Sams and I got Larry the Cable Guy "Right to Bare Arms" album and it's so f'ing hillarious. and I got a new book called "Letters to Jennifer from Sam." it's kind of a love story I guess. Like The Notebook. Then after my dinner shift I hung out with Troy at his house. We jumped on his trampoline and played some Tetris and played with his dogs and watched TV.
It's my mom's b-day today and I still need to get her a present! I think my dad will take me today after school. I'm gunna get her one of those wooden woven baskets that mom's love and fill it with IB Nuts cuz she loves it. I hope she likes it. She told me all she wants is, "A hug, and a letter." I told her I'd give her that and a gift. I have the best mom in the world. She's turning 42 today. Happy Birthday Mom! Love You!
